01 Eligibility and Age Requirement

1.3 One Account Policy
- Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

02 Account Registration and Security
2.1 Registration Requirements
When creating an account on co1111, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information will hinder account verification and may cause problems with withdrawals. The information provided at registration must match your government-issued ID.
2.2 Account Security
- It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
co1111 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Transactions made through any other channel will not be accepted and co1111 will bear no responsibility in such cases.
3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
- Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
For verified accounts, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is pending.
3.4 Deposit Protection
- Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Deposits made through third parties will be rejected.
- If a duplicate deposit occurs due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded.
- co1111 is required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, so additional verification may be required for large transactions.
Please Note: Deposit amounts are returned via the same method used. Requests to withdraw via a different method will not be considered.
04 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
When you register as a new member on co1111, you have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit up to ৳15,000.
Example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳32,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total Balance ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount.
- For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time from the date the bonus is received, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- The specific terms of each promotion apply separately and will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will result in all accounts being closed.
- co1111 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- Bonuses do not apply to multiple new accounts from the same household or the same IP address.
4.4 Reload and Weekly Offers

05 Gaming Rules and Fair Play
5.1 Fair Gaming Policy
co1111 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. Our games are operated by internationally recognised game providers (including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi) and every game uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
5.2 Bet Placement Rules

- If a bet is suspected to be based on match fixing or any unfair advantage, that bet will be cancelled.
06 VIP and Loyalty Program
co1111's VIP program has five tiers that reward users for regular participation and loyalty:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
- Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

6.1 VIP Benefit Terms
- VIP cashback is credited to the account at the scheduled time each week.
- VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the original account holder.
- VIP benefits may be cancelled in the event of a policy violation.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the co1111 platform:
- Participation in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Hacking, cracking, or making unauthorised modifications to the platform's software, systems, or games.
- Placing bets using bots or automated software.
- Threatening or harassing other users.

- Posting or distributing offensive, objectionable, or unethical content on the platform.
